Individual Emotional Waves

If you're part of the 50 percent of the population that has a defined Emotional Solar Plexus, you carry emotional energy at all times.⁠⠀

The Channels connecting your Emotional Solar Plexus to other Centers will determine the kind of emotional wave(s) that you experience on a consistent basis. ⁠⠀

⁠⠀

Because of the wavelike nature of emotional energy, it is easy to mis­take the melancholy of the low end of the wave for depression. We have a lot of judg­ment against negative emotions in our society, but not all lower emo­tions are negative and destructive. ⁠⠀

⁠⠀

There are 3 different types of emotional waves, Individual, Tribal and Collective. If you have the Channel 12/22 or 39/55 defined in your Design then you have an Individual Wave, which is the most extreme of the 3 emotional waves in regards to the intense cycles of feeling emotional energy. ⁠⠀

⁠⠀

Those with an Individual Wave experience a cycle of High High’s and Low Low’s in their emotional energy. Your high high’s tend to be your outwardly creative cycle and your low low’s tend to be your inward more melancholic creative energy.⁠⠀

⁠⠀⁠⠀

Everyone’s cycle or pattern will be a different and unique rhythm. Knowing your emotional pattern will help you make healthy decisions and understand the timeframe that you may need in order to reach emotional clarity or alignment about a decision.⁠⠀

If you are emotionally defined it’s highly recommended to track your emotional wave for a period of at least 3 months to see what your specific pattern or cycle is, or if you have one at all.⁠⠀

⁠⠀⁠⠀

Because you experience emotions in waves, it's vital that you honor your process. You are not a victim of your wave, just be aware of it and take care of yourself.⁠⠀

⁠⠀

Emotional definition is always your Authority, so no matter what Type you are, wait until you have emotional alignment before you take action or respond.⁠ You are not Designed to be spontaneous or make quick decisions in the moment. ⠀⁠⠀

⁠⠀⁠⠀

Waiting for emotional alignment before making a decision or taking action will keep you from leaping into emotional decisions or commitments and regretting them later on.
